Author: BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK DISREGARD MY PREVIOUS COMMENT FROM "lunitasmom" (that was just from a foundation sample package I ordered). GOOD PRODUCTS - HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Order History:
1. Placed an order (08/24/09) – Incorrect shade. Attempted to email them - never heard back. Attempted to call their number but not once got a live person. Their message said they were experiencing a large volume of calls as well as technical problems so I left a message - NEVER heard back.
2. They sent me an order confirmation on (08/29/09). Tried to call them again to correct the shade before shipping - NEVER heard back.
3. Received the incorrect shade, emailed them AGAIN. Finally heard back with this:
We have various new employees and have been a little back logged these past two weeks. We deeply apologize for the mistake. Which is the correct shade you require? we will ship that out tomorrow right away.
4. I responded and thanked them. Waited, waited and WAITED...
5. After more than a week with no news from Bee Royal, I decided to call to find out the status of my foundation - (09/09/09).
6. Finally heard back from them the next day with this:
The color linen is in production it should be released from quality control friday-monday with the holiday weekend in the middle production was delayed a few days. Your replacement is in the computer to ship as soon as the product is released from quality control. UNREAL!!! - NOBODY BOTHERED TO TELL ME!
7. I waited and waited and WAITED again...Finally on (09/24/09), I decided to write to them again:
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Bee Royal. I just tried to contact your number and have never been able to talk to a LIVE representative. I have also left numerous messages and have not received a call back ONCE.
Below is a trail of emails dating as far back as August 24th. I just need to know if my correct shade has been shipped, if production is complete or what the status is?! I am completely out of the sample foundation I purchased and would hate to spend another $30-$40 ELSEWHERE.
Bee Royal Products are great but if this continues, you will loose a lot of potentially good customers.
I look forward to your response.
8. Today is Friday, October 2, 2009 and I have not heard back ONCE from Bee Royal.
UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK PEOPLE!!! YOU\'VE BEEN WARNED!
